Since 1998, Cowart, Sargent & Webb has performed well over one hundred peer reviews of small- to medium-sized CPA firms throughout
the Southeast. These reviews assess a firm’s quality control system - the internal policies and procedures designed to ensure that
work is in compliance with professional standards - across five major areas: independence integrity and objectivity; personnel
management; acceptance and continuation of clients and engagements; engagement performance; and monitoring.
Cowart, Sargent & Webb has also performed numerous consulting engagements to assist CPA firms in preparing for their peer reviews.
