Cowart, Sargent & Webb specializes in providing a variety of services to the affordable housing industry. Areas of focus include Financial Consulting, Strategic Planning, Accounting Services and Information Technology.

Members of our firm have been providing services to housing agencies and non-profits since 1989. Our staff includes a broad range of expertise, and we have access to a network of professionals with skills in every facet of the affordable housing industry. Our primary focus is assurance services (audited, fraud investigations, etc.) for Public Housing Agencies (PHAs), the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and non-profit corporations. Our client list includes agencies with as few as 60 housing units under ownership. We serve clients throughout Tennessee and the Southeast.
