A graduate of the Punjabi University in India, Shivinder has over ten years of
experience in corporate finance, accounting, project finance, audit, taxation, cost
management, consulting, and compliance in the United States and India. He is accomplished
in negotiating and structuring transactions and terms with banks and other financial
institutions.
Shivinder is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants; he is also a Fellow member of the Indian
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as well as a member of the Young CPA
Committee of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Before coming to the United States, Shivinder worked for six years as a partner in a
public accounting firm in India and steered various responsibilities, including statutory/tax
audits, project consulting, finance and tax consulting, and business process outsourcing
assignments.
After coming to the United States and before joining the firm, he worked as an accountant
in the petroleum industry.
Shivinder serves as Senior Manager over the firm's Small-Medium Business section, providing
compliance and consulting services to a broad base of clients.
He currently resides in Jackson with his wife, Shivali, and their son, Shivam.
