Clark founded the firm in 1974 and is the managing partner of both the Jackson and Paris
offices. Clark specializes in business consulting and tax planning and preparation. He has
extensive knowledge in the areas of taxation, both of individuals and business entities,
auditing, and business consulting. He is a qualified AICPA Peer Reviewer and conducts
peer reviews of other CPA firms in Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas.
Clark continues to receive training and education to keep abreast of the continually changing
business environment and changes in the tax laws, both at the federal and state level. He has
conducted continuing education training seminars, in the area of governmental and not-for-profit
auditing and accounting, for other CPAs. Clark has served on the Governmental Committee of
the Tennessee Society of CPAs for the past four years and currently serves on the Peer Review
Committee of the Tennessee Society of CPAs. In addition to being licensed as a Certified
Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee, he is also licensed as a Certified Public
Accountant in the State of Texas.
Clark is involved in various community organizations, has served on the board of directors
of Jackson Christian School, and was chairman of the board for four years. He is a past
president of the Jackson Good Morning Rotary Club. Clark is a graduate of Union University,
where he graduated with honors. Clark resides in Crockett county with his wife, Judy. |

Joining the firm in 1995, Fancher has brought a broad base of knowledge and experience to the
practice. Specializing in the governmental and not-for-profit arena, he has extensive
knowledge in the areas of auditing, consulting and fraud detection for clients from all
across the state. Fancher continues to receive training and education to keep abreast of
the continually changing business climate.
Fancher enjoys bringing his experience and know-how
to various community organizations by volunteering. He has served as President of
the local chapter of Society of CPAs, Treasurer of the Cotton Museum of the South, Chair of
the Board of Directors for the West Tennessee Cerebral Palsy Association, and Board Member
for Leadership Jackson Alumni Association, to name a few, and is a past winner of the CrafSargKey
Golf Tournament. Fancher is a graduate of Union University and resides in Medina, Tennessee with his
wife, Carrie.
