A native of Henry county, Lynn received his degree from Bethel College in 1975. With
a background in agriculture, Lynn concentrates on individual and business tax preparation,
planning and consulting. Lynn joined the firm in 1980 and in 1985 became a partner in
Perry, McCain & Boyd CPAs.
Lynn is involved in various community activities and has served as a Rotarian and the
past president of the Paris Optimist Club. Lynn and wife, Diane, live on their farm in
Henry county and have one son, Josh, who resides in North Carolina.
In July 2007, Lynn and his partners Austin Perry and Tim Boyd sold their accounting
practice to Clark Cowart and Fancher Sargent, principals of Cowart, Sargent and Webb CPAs.
Lynn continues to serve as a consultant to the new firm of Perry, McCain and Cowart CPAs.
